Franklin has just one descriptor by all of the volunteers - SWEET! What a wonderfully sweet boy he is. Franklin is a mixed breed male and ready to find his very own family. He gets along well with the other dogs at the shelter, we have not observed him around cats. He is friendly when meeting new people and will do just fine in a home with children.
