PET OWNER: Please be aware that the veterinarian may ask that your pet have current vaccinations to ensure the pet is healthy for surgery. Any additional costs incurred by an examination or vaccinations are your responsibility. PAWS of Chinook is not responsible for additional fees. In addition, any other additional expenses are your responsibility. Other expenses could include, but are not limited to: pain medication, cryptorchids, or large female dog spays, pregnancies, etc. All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The cost of spay/neuter in our area can range from $100-$250 per animal. PAWS of Chinook does not receive free or low cost services. Please tell us why you are requesting assistance. *
